All Pep Band students
You need to purchase a royal blue Pep Band polo
***Shirts are $30 and payment is due August 29th***
Checks payable to Harding Academy
Leave your check in Mr. Canterbury’s office

***We need bottled water***
Each student a package of 24 regular sized water bottles
By August 29th

We will be selling Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream at the Sept. 5 game for a Band fundraiser. Those of you who helped last year know this is a very easy fundraiser for parents. Everything is supplied by Ben and Jerry’s, and all we have to do is line up 3-4 parents to take money and help scoop ice cream. Plus, the trailer is air-conditioned! I thought we’d try signing up in shifts as follows:
1. 6:30 - 1st quarter
2. 2nd quarter
3. Halftime and 3rd quarter
4. 4th quarter
If you are willing to work a shift, let me know which one you’d like, and I’ll work up a schedule
