KEYBOARDING–5/18 thru 5/21

Monday - Wednesday students will be working on a creative writing assignment. They will be writing a 4-page short story about a topic of their choice. Thursday we will take our last speed tests and those grades will be used to replace lower speed test grades in Power School.

COMPUTER APPLICATIONS–5/4 thru 5/8

Students have been learning to work in Excel. Several assignments have been given and will be graded. Speed tests will continue to be given to those who need to replace low grades.

ACCOUNTING–5/4 thru 5/8

Students continue to work on their Fitness Junction simulation packets. All completed packets must be turned in to determine the 4th quarter grade and to determine exemptions. Students who must take their semester exam will take them in my classroom at a time cleared by me.

KEYBOARDING–5/4 thru 5/8

Students have been working on learning to set tabs in Word. They have typed 4 tables and also 2 reports that will be graded and those grades will be posted soon. Speed tests will continue to be given generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays and as better grades are earned, those will replace the ones already on Power School.

Students will continue working in their simulation packet, Fitness Junction. It is worth 1000 points and all work must be done in class. Beginning on 5/6 students may take their packets home without penalty.
