What happens when a child participates in the substance screening policy?
1. Mobile Health Screening, Inc. does the computerized student name selection. 2. The student is called to the office and MHS collects the hair specimen. 3. MHS sends the 5-panel hair test (Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Phencyclidine, Opiates) to U.S. Drug Testing Laboratory www.usdtl.com. (Breath alcohol testing in combination with the above testing). 4. Medical Review Officer (MRO) communicates with parents if there is a positive result for a legal substance. 5. All confidential results are reported to the Dean of Students. No other person at Harding receives the results 6. The Dean of Students then communicates with the parents.

To the Harding Family,
I want to thank you all for all of your prayers and the financial
blessing that you have provided to me. But you have blessed me with
the greatest gift of all — your love and cards. I am so grateful
that God has blessed me to be in your life and to be welcomed into
your Harding family.
May God keep you all. Love,
Betty Wilson
