HARDING Seniors Bring
Smiles to Shrine School
On May 2, the graduating class of 2008 continued a long-standing tradition by participating in the 28th annual field day at the Shrine School. Our seniors assisted the physically challenged students with their competitions in a variety of indoor and outdoor games and activities, including karaoke, wheelchair races, pies-in-the-face, and a dunk tank. Each Harding student was paired with his/her own Shrine student, and it was amazing how so many of the personalities of the pairs matched perfectly. Fun was had, friends were made, and there was even a marriage proposal from one of the Shrine students to one of our seniors at the end of the day! See for yourself in these pictures.

Harding Students Spread
Blessings To Those in Need
LIGHTEN UP.....At the beginning of God’s story comes a man named Abraham. He is the man who started it all. Jews, Christians, even Muslims alike, we look to this man as the father of our faith, from whence we came. God says to Abraham, “I will bless you, but I will bless you in order to bless others through you.” Jesus showed us life is about giving, not getting.
This school year that was the challenge given to Cherry Road students and did they ever respond to that challenge. Full Story

Lions Retire Bodiford's #20
Harding was blessed to have Coach Harold Bodiford as their head baseball coach for 23 years. He turned the program into a state contender year in and year out and gained the respect of coaches across the mid-south. He is one of four coaches in the Memphis area to win 400 games or more. Harding Academy honored his dedication and success to the baseball program by retiring his #20 jersey on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. It is the first baseball number to be retired in the school's history. pictured from left to right: Regina Bodiford (sister), Mrs. Bodiford (mom), Keith (son), and coach Bodiford
